Refund Policy

The Mid Century Modern Man shop is launching soon. This Refund Policy will govern all product purchases and is published in advance.

Our promise. We describe and photograph every vintage item honestly, including its flaws. If an item arrives materially different from its description, we will make it right.

Returns. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must come back in the condition received. Contact us through the Contact page before sending anything back so we can provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was not as described or arrived damaged, in which case we cover it.

Refunds. Once a return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or damage in transit.

Damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will offer a refund or, where possible, a repair allowance, at your choice.

Non-returnable. Items marked "as is" or "for parts" on their product page are sold as described and are not returnable except if they arrive materially different from that description.
